We ship every Friday. We don’t work weekends. We don’t run daily stand-ups. We trust adults to manage their own calendars and we expect the same back.

Salary bands are posted on the role. Equity granted at hire, vesting 4 years with a 1-year cliff. No backdoor tier. No “we’ll figure it out at review.”

Senior product engineer (full stack)
Remote — UK timezone · £85–115k + equity
You will own a product surface end-to-end — Supabase schema, Next.js routes, the UI components. Most of what we ship is TypeScript. We move in weekly cycles. You write the first draft, we review it, you ship. Five years of commercial experience minimum.

We treat design-as-code seriously. You will pair with the founders on product surfaces, pattern libraries, and the marketing site. Fluent in Tailwind, comfortable with motion. Portfolio of shipped work, not Dribbble shots.

London, hybrid · £55k base + commission + equity
You know the UK trades world — you have sold into plumbers, electricians, or auto before. You will be the first dedicated sales hire. You run outbound, you demo live, you close. Expect three years of runway.
