Can we just pay for one product?

No. We built five-pillar platform because the orchestration is the whole point. Reputation without Discovery is half a product. Acquisition without Operations is a card reader. But your trial is the full platform for 14 days free — if most of the pillars stay dormant, cancel and pay nothing.

Birdeye said they'd match our budget.

Accepted Answer

They'll match the headline number. Watch what's excluded: per-location add-ons, per-SMS fees, a 12-month contract, a 90-day notice period. Ours is £399 flat, month-to-month, everything included. When you put the two invoices side-by-side, we're usually £250–£500/mo cheaper even at their "matched" rate.

What if the AI posts something embarrassing?

It can't post to ≤3★ reviews without your approval — ever. 4–5★ autopost has a 2-hour safety window where you can yank any response. If the voice-match confidence is low on any draft, it stays draft-only and waits for you. The design goal is simple: nothing you wouldn't have written yourself ever reaches the public without a human clicking approve.

What happens to our data if we leave?

Will we get dinged by Google for automated review responses?

No. Google's policy is about fake reviews, not replies. Our responses are your responses, written in your voice, posted through your account.
